Amsterdam, March 7th 2003 - First European Open Ratings / Gentia user conference produced by EBM-Solutions BV, exceeds customer expectations!
At the Schiphol Sheraton Hotel in the Netherlands, EBM-Solutions BV organised
its first European Open Ratings / Gentia user conference. EBM-Solutions, founded
in 2001, is the distributor for Open Ratings for Central Europe (Benelux, United
Kingdom, Germany and Switzerland). EBM-Solutions invited their customers, to inform
them on:
- The new release of SPImpact MAP 7.0, (released in February this
year),
- A high level preview of the new components in SPImpact 8.0, which
will be released 3rd quarter this year.
- The new exiting version 5 of SPImpact
Balanced Scorecard
- The new version of SPImpact Performance Management
"Besides this important update and news, the exchange of information amongst
other users was and will be the main goal of the conference" says Marco Tames,

Otto Roem, (Director Sales & Marketing of
EBM-Solutions) and chairman of the conference was very pleased to announce the
steady growth of the company in these challenging times. "When we started
in the autumn of 2001 we couldn't believe that within 1 ½ years we established
not only a central European organisation, but also more than 50 international
referenceable customers". He also introduced some new practical applications
based on Open Ratings technology, such as: e-Budgeting, e-Reporting and e-Visualizer.
These new products will be released during 2003.

According to David Charpie (Senior Vice President of Open Ratings) this product will bring Business Intelligence to the next stage in evolution.

Some of EBM-Solutions' major customers presented how they use the
SPImpact Performance Management and SPImpact MAP applications. Especially the
roll out of SPImpact projects within the companies was highlighted. DBC's (Diagnose
Behandeling Combinatie or Diagnose Treatment Combination) was the core subject
of the presentation of Ziekenhuis Hilversum. DBC is the sum of all activities
off a hospital and medical specialist as a result off the careneed off all their
patients.
Next
year
This user conference showed that there is a need for a user forum
to exchange views and potential usage of the Open Ratings / Gentia product suite.
Exchange of information is key in today's business environment. Otto Roem: "Due
