EBM Solutions BV from the Netherlands acquires Swiss Business Objects dealer.

EBM Solutions BV has acquired all Business Objects activities of Valentis Management GmbH. The current organisation based in Zurich will be transformed to EBM Solutions Schweiz AG.
EBM Solutions specializes in the delivery of Management Information systems, where the requirements and desires of the customer are her focus. EBM Solutions is distributor of Open Ratings Inc., previously known as Gentia Software, and develops its own Business Intelligence platform, under the brand name EBM Suite.

Now we can serve a broader selection of customers and prospects and offer them a solution regarding management information systems, which can be adapted to their needs and requirements.”

EBM Solutions Schweiz AG will focus on Consultancy Services in Data Warehousing, Business Objects and Gentia products, and will sell the software products of Open Ratings, Business Objects and the EBM Suite.
