February 4, 2004: e-Reporting successfully installed at a variety of customers
Six months ago we introduced the e-Reporting application. Existing customers of EBM Solutions can use this application to plug-in to the Open Ratings Framework application. It enables them to automate standard reports that can be sent to numerous users within the company, automatically transferred to PDF format and distributed by e-mail. The application is now successfully installed at a variety of customers.

February 4, 2004: e-Visualizer
The next EBM product based on the SPImpact platform is e-Visualizer, which we
expect to launch in the 2nd quarter of this year. It enables
users to import images into an existing application to
visualize performance easier. Examples are a map of the
UK or a floor plan of a factory.

announces E-Reporting version 2.0 for final release
We
are proud to announce that the new E-Reporting Application version 2.0 is now
ready for delivery. After 5 months of development and based on the reactions of
most of our customers we are convinced that this new application can enhance most
of our customers Management Information System environment.
E-Reporting creates
and distributes electronic PDF reports via an e-mail distribution list with no
assistance from technical staff. The reports are developed once and can be distributed
on fixed time frames, for example every Monday morning with data from the previous
week. E-Reporting is a standard SP-Impact (Gentia) Framework application, which

12, 2003: SPImpact Release 7.5 to be released early September 2003.
Open
Ratings recently released version 7.5 for testing to its distributors. We expect
to have finalized the testing procedures in the beginning of September, after
which we will release it to our customers. The application is tested on live applications,
which are currently available to us. The most important enhancements of this release
are:

5, 2003: EBM-Solutions in the Netherlands moves to new office.
EBM-Solutions
BV has moved its Dutch office from Velddriel to Waardenburg in the Netherlands.
From this new location, which is situated right next to the main highway from
the North to the South of Holland and centrally located in the Netherlands, we
are now able to serve and receive our customers even better. It makes it also
easier to expand in the coming years, which we expect especially when the EBM-Suite
Software will be released later this year. The Support number will not change.
