EBM e-Reporting

e-Reporting is a standard Gentia Framework application plug-in which enables administrators to design and define standard reports on top of any Gentia model. The reports can be send to any user in Adobe Acrobat PDF format or to an e-mail list for further distribution within the company. Via the Gentia Agent technology the frequency can be set on fixed time frames as well as predefined e-mail distribution lists. This enables you to send all standard reports now automatically to all users that need this crucial information without manual interference.

The e-Reporting server application runs on a dedicated Windows machine (for example Windows NT, 2000, XP) and distributes reports in PDF format. This application seamlessly integrates with your own existing applications or on top of standard Gentia applications such as the Balanced Scorecard or Performance Management.

The application comes with easy to use wizards that guide you on a user-friendly manner through the process of report-design and e-mail distribution list. With these wizards it is also very easy to change reports afterwards.

The e-Reporting application is a standard application on which EBM-Solutions will perform support and maintenance. Each year a new release will be supplied.
